Our Policy
At Stryxen Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for most items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contect@stryxenstudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number provided by our team.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Tags and labels must remain attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as your return is processed.
